As Summit grew significantly over the years, their existing brand no longer reflected their new direction and growth. In addition, the acquisitions of multiple companies had left them with inconsistent brand materials.
Summit sought a brand refresh that was both innovative and honest, yet faithful to their core values. Summit also needed to prepare for a national trade show and launch a new website to showcase their new image.
We collaborated with Summit to explore brand identity ideas that conveyed their core values and business transformations. We successfully crafted a unified brand identity and applied it to all brand interactions, creating a consistent and recognizable image both internally and externally. As a result, Summit was able to confidently showcase their new image at a national trade show and launch a new website, boosting their brand recognition and customer engagement.
We modernized the iconic mountain graphic mark of Summit while still preserving its foundation – a mountain with printed-circuit board elements. We gave the legacy logo a new strong, reliable, and modern look that honors the company’s history while propelling them into the future.
Visual Brand Guidelines
We collaborated closely with Summit to develop a strong visual identity that stands out from its competition and reflects its high-quality, innovative, and reliable services. After extensive competitor research, we identified a color space. We developed visual language designed to help Summit stand out from the rest of the market, aid visual recall, and develop its brand awareness. We introduced a vibrant blue to the color palette to evoke Summit’s core values; high-quality, leaders, and honesty. We also updated the typography to align with the new brand, generating a newfound sense of pride among the 1,200 employees. Our new visual identity is supported by our easy-to-use brand guidelines, which we developed for Summit’s marketing team. This empowers them to fully utilize the brand in their communication without the daily support of an agency.
Digital and Print Brand Guidelines
We implemented the new brand identity across all platforms – digital and print brand publications for Summit’s marketing and sales needs. Summit’s brand materials stood out from the competition at the trade show. We produced a bespoke video that is prominently displayed in the hero section of the website. The video not only serves to showcase the company’s expertise but also offers potential customers an immersive experience, allowing them to understand Summit’s capabilities and services better.

We created over 50 pages and 100 unique visuals to communicate Summit’s services effectively. Additionally, we included testimonials and ratings to support our proposition.
We developed responsive and easy-to-update sections with components that complement Summit’s new vibrant and innovative visuals.
