Every empty tee time is money a course never gets back. A no-show, a late cancellation, a slot that quietly goes unbooked: by the end of a season it adds up to real revenue lost to nobody. Noteefy exists to close that gap.
It is golf’s number one demand and revenue management platform, trusted by more than 800 courses nationwide, including 80 of the top 200 public courses and 9 of the top 12 multi-course operators. Its product suite, from Waitlist to Confirm to an AI Pro Shop Assistant, works quietly alongside a course’s existing tee sheet, filling inventory automatically and handing operators back their time.
As Noteefy launched new products and stepped onto bigger stages, from trade show floors to resort pitch meetings, it needed marketing that moved as fast as the platform. That meant video.
Noteefy had a sharp script and a product full of proof points. What it did not have was anything to show. There was no footage to cut, and the raw product screens were dense, detailed, and built for operators rather than for a short story.
A script on a page does not move, breathe, or hold a room. Turning Noteefy’s words into something an audience would actually watch meant building the entire visual world from nothing: abstracting the product interface into clean, branded motion, choosing the music, setting the pace, and authoring the narrative beat by beat.
And it had to happen twice. Once to launch the AI Pro Shop Assistant, and again, at a larger scale, to tell the story of the full platform.
Caviar built Noteefy two animated explainer videos. Each one carries the brand, and each one was made from the ground up.
AI Pro Shop Assistant explainer. The first video launched Noteefy’s AI Pro Shop Assistant. Working from the client’s script, Caviar developed the visual narrative, rebuilt the product interface as clean branded motion graphics, selected the music, and directed a professional voiceover. A 40% reduction in inbound pro shop calls anchored the story as the proof point that mattered most.
Platform explainer. The second video was bigger in every sense: a full platform explainer spanning Noteefy’s entire product suite. Caviar carried the visual language from the first film and expanded it, again authoring the story from script to screen and scoring it with selected music. It shipped in two formats, a silent version built to loop on a trade show booth display, and a fully voiced version for everywhere else.
Pitch and product decks. Alongside the videos, Caviar designed Noteefy’s pitch and product decks, including a reusable Partnership Opportunity template the team uses to win new golf resorts and stay-and-play operators.
